Responsibilities:
As a Sr Administrative Assistant on our Business Owner Ecosystem team, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the overall success of the department(s) as well as the leaders who you will directly support. This is an opportunity to work with and support a dynamic group of leaders!

Here are a few examples of the types of things you'll do:
  • Apply strategic calendar management and project support for the leadership team and others as needed.
  • Assist team members with scheduling travel, monitoring inboxes, completing expense reports, meeting minutes, running reports, creating presentations, proactively assisting to organize priorities and office technology to build efficiency and increase effectiveness.
  • Forward thinking, generating ideas and implementation of department process, project, and periodic building framework for presentations for key meetings
  • Partner closely with other Administrative Assistants as well as associates within the business units on requests.
  • Maintain various department processes and project work.
  • Balance sensitive, confidential company and employee information.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of related experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication (including grammar and spelling), organizational, problem solving, and basic math skills.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary, and multi-task throughout each day.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $20.84 - $39.81 / hour Additional Information:
