MIND & MOBILITY Home Care & Physical Therapy Centers, one of the most reputable home health agencies and outpatient centers in South Florida, has an immediate open position for a PRN Speech Therapist to cover the East Fort Lauderdale area. If interested in working in other areas, we will work with you to find the area(s) that work best for you.

Requirements:
- Current, valid FL Speech Therapist license
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule
- Great organization skills and ability to write detailed reports
- One year of proven experience working with seniors preferred
- One year as a licensed therapist preferred
Duties:
- Candidate will be responsible for in-home therapy visits, as well as, outpatient clinic visits.
- With each appointment, evaluate the level of function and help develop/update the care plan
- Complete initial comprehensive assessments as needed and report back to the Clinical Director
- Maintain a positive and joyful attitude at all times, respecting the needs of each individual patient while providing personalized treatment
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and proudly represent our company at all times
- Partner with family members and other members of the healthcare team to promote the patient's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals
- Write and submit proper progress reports to the Clinical Director. We have a web-based software for your notes called Optimis PT.
