Specialist, Supply Chain Materials - Supply Chain Management - Vineland Job at Inspira Health Network
- Record and maintain the inventory of all storeroom items.
- Maintains inventory database, discrepancies, updating records to record supplies and materials received and dispensed.
- Utilization of handheld devices and knowledge of storeroom equipment
- Conducts physical inventories on a routine schedule for storeroom and clinical units
- Manage all receiving functions and maintenance of the loading dock
- Manage USPS, FedEx, UPS, office supply, and all desktop deliveries
- Manage outgoing shipments for clinical units including biomed, tissue, specimens, or standard medical supplies
- Manage mail room and all mail functions
- Manage the gas and tank room including all deliveries and receiving
- Manage supply chain assigned durable medical equipment
- Bed rental management and tracking of rentals, invoicing, and receiving
- Distributes storeroom materials in accordance with requisition forms.
- Manage cleanliness of assigned units, storeroom, and equipment rooms.
- Orders materials needed to restock storeroom and maintain inventory levels
- Work directly with nursing leadership to manage clinical inventory and any unit changes
This role will also serve as a backup for other Storeroom coverage as needed. The role requires collaboration and interaction with all Storeroom Staff, Receiving, Purchasing, Nursing Units and hospital staff.
QUALIFICATION:
A. Education:
High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
B. Experience: Prior experience in Healthcare supply chain preferred.Knowledge inventory software, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint required.
C. Certification/Licensure: Valid driver's license.
