As a Solar Specialist, your job is to go door to door and set appointments for homeowners to meet to discuss the benefits of a solar system for their home.
They talk about benefits like:

Work anywhere in New Mexico. (This is not a work from home position) You pick your own hours, giving you the flexibility to progress in other areas of your life as well.
Commission based pay rewards your for you directly for your effort. There is never a commission cap, so the sky is the limit! Promotions are performance based, and their are no minimum time requirements. Meaning if you can perform well from the beginning, you will move up very quickly.
