Origis Services, LLC is a rapidly expanding Operations and Maintenance provider in the United States. Our solar asset portfolio continues to increase at a near exponential rate, with a mixture of owner developed and constructed sites and third-party sites contracted, or already under management. Our goal is to provide a more inclusive service capability, driving out the large expenses that are normally passed through to the owner.

Origis Service, LLC is looking to fulfill a Solar Asset Manager role in Austin, Texas. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Asset Manager responsibilities include:

• Monitoring of project-level profit & loss (P&L) activities to ensure projects are delivering expected financial returns.
• Managing relationships with key project-level stakeholders such as project owners, tax equity investors, off-takers, contractors, and various regulatory bodies.
• Administering ECC/LLC Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement compliance reporting requirements as scheduled or when necessary.
• Preparing and tracking project-level annual operating budgets and reporting variances to project owners when they occur.
• Administering all project-level financing agreements including lease and investor cash distribution payments.
• Collaborating with Performance Engineering and O&M to identify project-level operational risks and remediate them in a timely manner.
• Coordinating closely with accounting to ensure monthly accruals, GL entries, and internal reporting are competed in a timely and accurate manner
• Continually seeking out opportunities to improve upon, and automate, financial and operational project reporting.
• Ensuring the management framework developed by the Asset Management team is implemented consistently across all projects in assigned portfolio.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience within renewable energy industry preferred (wind and/or solar).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and perform independently with limited direction.
• Knowledge of solar energy and the ability to stay current with changing technologies, regulations, and trends.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel at least 10% of time.
