The Role:
Fever is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to coordinate social content creation, all social content scheduling, posting and end-to-end reporting for some of the most recognizable brands across the US and Canada. This role will be positioned within the US Brand Partnerships team, based in Fever's New York City office.
You are degree qualified, equipped with a creative POV, excellent communication, and strong data analysis skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a flexible, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
To be successful in this role, you are expected to take initiative. The role requires a mix of project management, data reporting & analytics, and creative production experience. You need to be comfortable delivering results in varying environments, while always considering innovative ideas to create a compelling social narrative for a wide range of brand partners.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy a wide range of social media content across Secret Media Network Facebook, Instagram and Mailchimp as part of Fever Brand Partnership projects
- Create and maintain an up-to-date social media calendar, working closely with Brand Partnerships content team and the Secret Media editorial team to ensure feasible and timely launch dates across various content platforms
- Make a record of each piece of content as it goes live, keeping up-to-date logs of every active campaign
- Track and analyze results of all live campaigns, working closely with Marketing Acquisitions and Creative Solutions to optimize accordingly
- Present data findings to project team and make recommendations to optimize performance throughout campaign lifecycle
- Create post-campaign reports, both internal and client-facing
- Actively track social trends and forecasting across key markets and throughout the globe, monitoring and reporting on successful competitor social media campaigns
- Capture social-first photo + video content on site during events (comfortable in front of camera is a plus)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in creating and optimizing social media content for brands.
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite/Creator Studio, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and Mail Chimp.
- Proven ability to analyze insights and report on social media performance and trends.
- Comfortable engaging in client-facing communications.
- Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships.
- Team player with enthusiasm and proactivity.
- Passionate about brands and innovative ideas.
- Broad knowledge of social media and advertising industry.
- Ability to seek and analyze competitor branded content.

- Agency background
- Comfortable in front of the camera
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken & written)
