ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on slot machines, slot accounting/player tracking equipment, progressive controllers and displays, and bill validators, with an effort to maintain zero down time on the floor.
• Install new slot machines, slot accounting/player tracking systems, progressive controllers and displays, and bill validators in a timely manner.
• Move all equipment as directed for the reconfiguration of the casino floor to optimize traffic flow and revenue.
• Maintain department resource library, and obtain updates on technical support materials, schematics and manufacturer tech bulletins.
• Work with Slot Services staff to resolve any issues.
• Attend all mandated training.
• Adhere to all department and company-wide policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in Electronics or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aristocrat, Light and Wonder, IGT, Incredible Tech, all other gaming machines, Progressive systems, and Oasis systems preferred.
• PC, network, analog and digital communications experience helpful.
• Experience training adults in a technical environment helpful.
• Those with sufficient experience and/or qualifications may qualify for a higher position (i.e. Senior Slot Technician).

• Mobility throughout the facility.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend and twist repeatedly.
