Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is looking currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Skills Coordinator! This position is responsible for maintaining all documentation for Life Plan Reviews. Responsible to maintain qualifications for the role of Employment Specialist qualifications. Responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Hires, supervises, evaluates and provides ongoing training to designated staff and volunteers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum three years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Associate degree in human services or related field is required.
- At least one year of DSP III experience or one year of supervisory experience.
- Medication Administration Certification required.
