We are looking for an enthusiastic site manager who tries out new ideas, sustains innovation and navigates through uncertainty. Being multilingual is always a plus!

We are also looking for an individual who organizes information, coordinates the needs of patients and staff, implements policies, adjusts procedures based on any inconsistencies identified.

You will be responsible for managing our clinic at Mineola location.

What you'll be doing:

Making a difference every day you come to work: You will be making a difference with every interaction you have with our patients. You will be answering patient questions and concerns with a sense of urgency and kindness, both on the telephone and in person. You’ll be welcoming and providing exemplary customer service to all our incoming patients.

Building Relationships: Your kind and detail-oriented approach will help you better understand the challenges your customer is facing and help you develop a solution that is tailored to their needs and founded in best practices. All of this should lead to happy and healthy patients!

Growing beyond your wildest imagination: You'll have to leave your ego at the door because none of us know it all here. From our interns to our CEO, we expect everyone to have a desire to continuously improve. You'll learn from your teammates, your customers, your Admin managers. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communication of the Mission, Vision & Values of the company to all employees.
  • Communication of Employee and Business needs to the Central Business Office (CBO).
  • Seek and Communicate opportunities to improve the patient experience.
  • Seek and Communicate new service opportunities and suggest improvement of existing services.
  • Plan, engage and execute Nao Medical’s presence at Community events.
  • Maintain organizational structure with respect to staffing and managing, compensation, incentives and rewards.
  • Submit a list of contributions that really made a difference in the business location performance.

You'll be expected to be on the phones, help patient verifying insurance, collecting copays and coordinating with your team to deliver a timely and exceptional patient care experience. Expect to be busy!
