Job Position: Site Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Payrate: $50,000.00 per year

Site Manager Job Summary:

Provides daily management to team members, ensures proper and effective operation of daily business activities, creates standard operating procedures to ensure standardization of business practices that align with the Company policies, guidelines, practices, and procedures. Enforces safety compliance, displays quality leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

• Manages day-to-day operations within the Company, ensures proper and effective operation of business and adherence to Company guidelines.
• Provides team members with coaching/guidance/training as needed for job performance success.
• Identify and quantify risks.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and communicates risk in a timely manner.
• Completes periodic reviews of employees.
• Communicating all company processes, procedures & Safety to all front-line team members.
• Conducts performance review in a timely fashion and effectively informs all team members of required information & communication.
• Engages and conducts regular visits to all assigned sites to stay connected to the performance of each site.
• Comprehension of monthly Profit & Loss (P & L) Financial reports and is focused on the improvement of each site location.
• Manages P&L along with forecasting.
• Safely operate a 16ft box truck and are responsible for loading and transporting containers to/from customer locations.
• Will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments.
• Must be able to function a smartphone device and adapt to our routing technology
• Operate a vehicle in accordance with the company’s rules and safety protocol as well as all local, municipal, state, and federal laws.
• Performs pre and post trip inspections of assigned equipment and documents checks on standard VIR (Vehicle Inspection Report).
• Completes and submits customer tickets as required.
• Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation (includes picture taking, notes etc.)
