SERVICE WRITER/ADVISOR - BMW of Cleveland:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer for BMW of Cleveland located on the Davis Automotive Group, Inc. campus just off Route 422 in Solon, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome clients to Service & meet with them in a friendly & timely manner
• Provide a complete & accurate description & cost estimate for labor & parts
• Explain thoroughly the details of the service work needed
• Check on progress of repair throughout the day & give regular updates to client
• Provide additional customer support via phone, email, or in-person
• Promote the range of vehicle parts & accessories
• Complete all manufacturer & dealership training
• Other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
