Job Title: Managed Services Technician

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Managed Services Technician to join our team. As a Managed Services Technician, you will be responsible for various tasks including inventory management, returns processing, kit creations, shipping packages, equipment testing, and imaging. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory by accurately tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and maintaining inventory databases.
• Process returns by inspecting returned items, documenting issues, and coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
• Create kits and assemble packages according to specified requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Handle shipping activities, including packaging items securely, preparing shipping labels, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
• Test equipment functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform basic repairs or maintenance as necessary.
• Conduct equipment imaging tasks, including software installations, configurations, and updates.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft products.
• Physical capability to stand, crawl, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information:

• Familiarity with Jira, Snipe IT, and Microsoft products is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided as necessary.
• This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle various physical tasks.
