Job Description
:
The Huffines Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for all automotive service matters, and he or she must thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations and provide world-class service.
Responsibilities
:
- Approaches and interacts with customers in a professional manner both in person or over the phone
- Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems
- Makes repair recommendations and manages the delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
- Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
:
- At minimum one year of dealership level or large facility experience
- Some post-secondary automotive training
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Results-oriented self-starter
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Demonstrated strong performance record
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering world-class customer service
- Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly
- Proficiency in computer skills
