Role Summary:

Join our team as Server Assistant/Bussers/Runner and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Wildflower Farms family, you will serve the needs of the business and our guests by ensuring outstanding dining experiences at all times.

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure guests' dining experience meet or exceeds all Wildflower Farms / Forbes quality and service standards. This includes but is not limited to:

Assisting the Servers in delivering a memorable dining experience by:

Providing water for guests

Taking drink orders

Food running

Pre-bussing

Refilling drinks

Bussing tables

Collecting dishes and removing from tables any silverware, glasses, and unused items.

Assisting the culinary team with garnishing dishes prior to serving, as necessary.

Complying with Wildflower Farms / Forbes standards for in-room dining procedures.

Contributing to improving the F&B sales revenues by being knowledgeable about all menu items.

Using safe food handling procedures and maintaining a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and food safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of experience in the food service/hospitality industry. Experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting is desirable.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and guest-oriented.

Appearance must be clean and professional with a cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental and operational needs.

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse issues and collect accurate information, and resolve problems.

Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
