The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who is passionate about collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent to join our high performing Qventus team. You will deliver and execute an inclusive talent strategy across multiple areas that support our DEI goals and fast-growing company. You will continually improve and ensure our recruiting practices are founded in strong data analytics and collaboration with hiring managers to build the vision for delivering future talent at Qventus. This role will report directly to the Director of People Operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, trusting, collaborative relationships with all Qventus hiring managers
  • Maintain high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle
  • Demonstrated experience with technical sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidate are evaluated objectively and supports our equitable hiring practices
  • Own a data-driven approach to talent acquisition: collect and use data to help make informed decisions, drive efficiency, and communicate challenges and progress to key partners, analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify trends, etc.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including sourcing metrics, candidate pipelines, and etc for People Operations dashboards
  • Maintain key relationships with talent partners to ensure they are aligned with our recruiting strategy and goals are consistently met
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of the recruitment process, including identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in full life cycle recruiting at fast-scaling companies (preferably a start-up)
  • Global recruiting experience, specifically in Latin America
  • Strong track record of effectively influencing, communicating, and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion about our mission which translates into the ability to excite candidates about what we’re doing
  • Proven track record of designing and communicating clear processes, and an analytical, yet creative, approach to problem-solving

  • Flexibility to adjust to a growing, changing environment

  • Experience using Ashby, Linkedin Recruiter and Google Workspace

We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Salary Range: $123k - $170k annually + equity + benefits- Qventus expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare or exceptional circumstances where a candidate's experience, credentials, or expertise far exceed those required or expected will we consider and offer at the top of the salary range.
