Job Summary

As a member of the Finance team, you will be integral in efficiently scaling a fast-growing company. You will build detailed financial models and perform analyses to support a wide range of strategic growth and operational initiatives focusing on the Commercial Sales. You will be empowered with visibility to the entire organization, including C-level executives, which provides a unique opportunity to develop insights that will meaningfully impact our business. The successful candidate will be a team player who possesses strong analytical and modeling skills and enjoys solving complex business problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive annual planning process including three-year plan, operating budget, capital budget, and company strategy
  • Partner with the Commercial Sales Leadership team to understand financial performance, and develop/implement action plans to achieve objectives
  • Create and manage detailed multi-year revenue model
  • Assess ROI for capital expenditures and other business investments
  • Provide thorough and thoughtful financial analysis to drive better informed decision-making
  • Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships across the company
  • Manage sensitive information and exercise excellent judgment and discretion
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree required
  • Experience with data analytic tools required
  • 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in a business with monthly recurring revenue preferred
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Collaborative and service focused, comfortable working with employees at all levels
  • Flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently while achieving desired performance metrics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations
  • Ability to work with large data sets then summarize for Executive Review
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within critical deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
