Senior IT Contract Specialist Job at Post Holdings Inc.

Responsibilities:- Execute contract renewals for holding and operating company IT contracts, including contracts for software, hardware, SaaS, network, data center hosting services, consulting services and outsourcing
- Work with business and IT leaders to validate continuation of technology needs and IT support requirements
- Negotiate favorable terms on renewals prior to expiration
- Create, maintain, and update contract records and document copies in contract management software, monitor contract and agreement termination or renewal dates, and other compliance requirements
- Subject matter expert for contract management system, including training the team on new features as they become available
- Train/document contract system processes and lifecycle
- Collaborate with Legal on annual reviews of contract templates
- Deliver business team requests for supplier contracts and technology purchases in accordance with timeframes mandated by the needs of the business
- Analyze and present about Post supplier data analytic measures for leadership
- Utilize managing tools such as Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, and Tableau
- Find and execute process improvements across the IT Contracts team

- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related degree. Applicable years of experience maybe substituted for degree requirement.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information.
- Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing, preparing, negotiating, and monitoring IT contracts and other complex legal documents
- Proven track record in solving problems, engaging and encouraging others to collaborate to resolve problems.
- Excels at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects
- Understanding of IT-related contractual agreements
- Proven ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrates sound reasoning and excellent problem-solving
- Capable of influencing and impacting outcomes
