We’re seeking an adept Senior Customer Success Manager with experience listening to and aligning TeamWorx Security solutions to prospective customers within the Federal, Defense and Commercial markets. Like our products, many of our customers are unique and operate in a variety of special communities with core missions ranging from national defense to commercial critical infrastructure industries.
We’re looking for someone who understands, has represented, worked with, or has sold technology solutions that provide exceptional value to these communities. The Senior Customer Success Manager will work within our business development efforts to focus on developing and closing new business opportunities. You will help us work closely with our partner community to effectively manage customer relationships and business outcomes. This future teammate will be strongly self-motivated and outcome-driven, with a proven track record of managing and closing a pipeline of opportunities and forecasting accurately. An excellent qualification, prioritization, organization, and focus are essential in this role. You’ll own the full sales process from developing a lead to closing the deal. You’ll be experienced in exceeding your quota; you’ll be hungry to overachieve and be well compensated for doing so.
You will be extremely effective at building rapport over the phone and in-person with a range of senior decision-makers. You will be relentless in understanding the needs, pain points, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers. You must be technically proficient and able to present to both technical and business leaders and will be a competent public speaker (for example, at industry events and corporate presentations).
Daily Responsibilities
- Foster business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Educate customers on the technical capabilities/features of TWX platform and services
- Act as interface between Product/Engineering/Customer Success teams to provide continuous feedback on customer requirements
- Master how to sell company products and services from high-level introductory pitches through technical deep dives
- Build useful documentation and processes to keep engagement team and customers informed
- Work with sales efforts to expand existing accounts
- Use HubSpot effectively, responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities
- Build, maintain and grow partner relationships with key stakeholders
We’re looking for someone who is or has
- Prior military and/or sales experience
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience or equivalent
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn
- Passionate about crafting client presentations, white papers, and discussion
- Validated experience communicating our technical solutions to an executive audience and partners
- Extensive full cycle field sales experience selling cybersecurity solutions and products throughout North America
- Customer relationship development, pursuit and management experience
- A proven sales background of consistent achievement with sales targets
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrating technologies and service offerings
- US Citizenship or ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
Compensation
- Base salary range: $140,000 to $160,000 based on experience
- Compensation: Salary + Comprehensive Benefits + Profit Sharing = up to $190,000+
- Bonus: Performance based bonuses at TeamWorx Security will be discussed on the first call with our recruiting team
