Experienced, collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytically minded candidates with a passion for compliance are encouraged to apply for the position of Senior Compliance Analyst.

This role is responsible for interpreting federal laws and regulations, and ensuring all activities, products and services offered comply with the laws and regulations that govern the credit union.


Key Job Functions:

  • Analyzes data to create Fair Lending/Fair Treatment reports, complaint reports, and other applicable monitoring reports.
  • Maintains all operational documentation including but not limited to policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Risk Management department.
  • Researches and responds to compliance-related inquiries.
  • Performs compliance testing for internal compliance reviews.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A two-year college degree, or completion of specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.


Employment offers are extended within the compensation range of the position; and are commensurate with candidate experience, knowledge, and geographic location.
