• Play a key role in the company's financial planning and analysis efforts, including annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans related to specific areas of the business.
• Review daily, weekly, monthly financial results, analyze performance, prepare summary business review presentations for executive management.
• Perform Ad Hoc analysis when needed.
• Ensure the business is operating withing fiscal policy which includes Capital Expenditures process with a supporting ROI analysis.
• Maintain and own sustainable large data models.
• Provide feedback on results, including communicating risks, opportunities, KPIs, and the ability to add executive level commentary of the overall financial performance including providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement in results.
• Develop and maintain high functioning relationships with internal partners.
• Work closely with Operations to provide transparent reporting and analytical support.
• Experience owning warehouse reporting and KPI analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA and/or CMA preferred.
• 5+ yrs. of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in the telecommunication or supply chain industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work within a high-performance team environment.
• Understanding GAAP and other accounting practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including hosting calls where information is shared with Director level and above.
• High level of comfort working within excel models; including the ability to create excel models.
• Experience with BI tools; Microsoft Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft AX and/or D365 ERP is strongly preferred.
