We provide security officers and customized mobile patrol services to: industrial and manufacturing facilities; commercial properties; residential communities; and retail establishments. We are hiring full-time security officers in Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. All shifts are available. South Florida Security Group offers a very competitive hourly salary. Room for career advancement based on performance and qualifications.
The selected candidate will perform various duties as outlined by contract requirements and site specific post orders.
Responsibilities:
Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
Enforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures.
Observation and reporting of safety hazards
Conduct of routine foot patrols and/or vehicle patrols.
Reporting of all pertinent issues and incidents.
Interaction with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
Other duties may be assigned assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be comfortable writing reports.
Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security protocols.
This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting or standing in front of a computer for a prolonged period of time.
