The DoD Security Analyst works for the client as a member of their team to directly support all AGFA software with respect to cybersecurity compliance and continuous monitoring. The Analyst works collaboratively with the entire AGFA team to provide required documentation to ensure client milestones and requirements are met. They will advise and implement AGFA policy and security configurations as it relates to cybersecurity on regulated medical devices and approved security postures.


Job Duties & Accountabilities:


  • Responsible for tracking and updating vendor security documentation and entering information into an integrated cybersecurity management tool on behalf of the client.
  • Provide direct support to the client for the continuous monitoring of approved solutions for cybersecurity compliance.
  • Review compliance scans and recommend remediation actions based upon known baselines.
  • Advise client IT staff on Linux and windows patch management and assist in performing patching as needed.
  • Work in partnership with AGFA staff and client staff on certification of Software through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
  • Collaborate with the AGFA Support staff on behalf of the client on cybersecurity related activities.

Education:


  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience:


  • 2+ years of practical experience in information security, specifically focusing on identifying and documenting risk
  • 2+ years experience mitigating vulnerabilities on Windows and Linux operating systems

Specific Skills :

  • Government Clearance required (currently have NAC or will qualify within 6 months and obtain US DoD Common Access Card)
  • Security+ certificate
  • Experience with Linux and windows administration, and Oracle Databases
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
  • Experience with Tenable Nessus Software and reviewing outputs
  • Knowledge of security policies, standards, and controls such as ISO 27,000, NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, PCI a plus
  • Experience with the application of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process within the DoD.
  • Knowledge of the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service, or eMASS including controls scorecard measurement, dashboard reporting, and the generation of Risk Management Framework (RMF) package reports
  • Previous knowledge of Agfa software or similar industry PACS, HIS, RIS or EMR products, hospital workflow or a demonstrated capability to learn cutting edge new technologies.
  • CIIP certification a bonus
  • CISSP certification a bonus but not required.
  • Ideal candidate will have one or more of the following: Security+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware VCA, VMware VCP, Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator, Oracle Certified Associate
