RESPONSIBILITIES
- On call 24/7 to work when snow accumulates to 2” at any given time. A supervisor will call you with a designated location for you to report to within 1 hour. You may report directly to a job-site or to our location on 690 Moore Rd. Avon Lake, OH.
- At the point of arrival, you are to clock in at the time sheet located in the job room. When services are complete you will clock out before leaving the property. If your supervisor asked you to report directly to the job-site let the crew leader on site know to clock you in on their paperwork. In this case when the services are completed you are to report to our location where you will clock in and out on the time sheet.
- Supervisor will inform you of who your crew leader will be to report to for further instructions.
- Responsible for your own attire. Dress, accordingly, you will be out in the cold elements. Wear leather boots preferably waterproof. Heavy jacket, gloves, hat, and we recommend extra pairs.
- You must take a half an hour lunch after 6 hours of work performed by law. Bring your own lunch and plenty of fluids.
- If you have any issues or need to leave a job-site for any reason report to the supervisor for approval.
- Paid bi-weekly on Friday
JOB DUTIES
- Clear snow from entire front entry sidewalk (edge to edge) and 2’-3’ out from the garage door (what the plow cannot get to).
- Maintain a positive attitude and outstanding employee relations.
- Report to Supervisor/Crew Leader and follow instructions productively and accurately.
- Work long hours in the elements'
- Personal protective equipment provided or required
- Temperature screenings
- Social distancing guidelines in place
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 per hour
