The PRO Companies offer a wide range of behavioral health, mental health, therapy, and educational services to children and youth throughout Pennsylvania. Our staff services the needs of our clients in homes, schools, clinics, and community-based settings.

PRO ABA is currently seeking a full-time School-Based Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC)to support a local Charter School near Philadelphia, PA 19141for the 2023-2024 school year.

Job Details:
  • Full-time position, M-F. Hours are M-Th - 7:45am-3:30pm, Friday - 7:45am-1pm
  • K-8 caseload
  • This position is for the 2023-2024 school year
  • This BSC will have the opportunity to work with a wonderful and supportive team!

Compensation and Benefits:
  • W2 and 1099 Independent Contract positions available
  • Competitive compensation based on education and experience

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Must have active PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
  • Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
  • Current clearances (within 6 months)
