Our receptionist is the first line of communication and is responsible for greeting our customers in a friendly and professional manner both by phone and in person. If you love to provide excellent customer service, this position might be for you!
Retirees and students encouraged to apply. This is a full time - 40 hours per week position.
Required Duties Include
- Answer inbound phone calls and route to correct person or department
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom
- Offer coffee, water or refreshments to customers
- Keep the showroom tidy and clean
- Receiving and distributing mail
- Notify the sales team when an appointment arrives
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned
- Support all departments daily
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. This position will be required to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
