Rep Sales Support D2C
Irvine, CA/ Full-time
Your responsibilities
Sales support assistants perform a range of administrative tasks to support not only the sales team but end consumer. Requirements vary, but in most cases you'll be answering customer phone calls, dealing with delivery agents, arranging pick up appointments, providing information to the sales team, and creating and processing sales orders and performing data entry tasks as necessary. It's a busy role that demands good time management and organization skills. Interpersonal skills are also essential, because a large part of the job involves customer support.
- Engage with customers via email and phone calls daily to answer questions, resolve complaints, and handle sales escalations as they arise
- Follow up with customers who require order tracking on lost shipments
- Provide any necessary data or reports to the various cross-functional teams
- Arrange appointments with customers and agents to ensure on time delivery
- Arrange any home pickups for customer returns
- Create and process replacement sales orders
- Monitor order entry through order completion for accuracy, timeliness, and fulfillment to customer expectations
- Process returns via various systems
- Peer to Peer trainings on an as needed basis
- All other tasks as assigned
Your profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Practical experience in a similar position is a plus
- High customer service orientation
- Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
- Ability to communicate at different levels
- Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
- Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently in a high pressure fast paced environment
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Highly Self-motivated
- Time management skills
- Language skills: English
- Mathematical skills: High School level
- Reasoning Ability: ability to make decisions and operate within a high call volume
Your Pay & Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the maximum payout potential is 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
