Restore Cryotherapy and Hyper Wellness is looking for a passionate, team-oriented, experienced full time Store Manager for our location in Olathe, KS.

Today, Hyper Wellness modalities include Cryotherapy (localized and whole body), IV Drip Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Infrared Saunas, Compression Therapy, Allergy Treatment, and Photobiomodulation Therapy.

The Position

Restore focuses on three key components : Helping our customers feel better, so they can do more of what they love (better), making Hyper Wellness affordable and accessible, and providing our services in a fun, engaging, transparent environments.

We are seeking a motivated, passionate experienced Store Manager to lead our team in creating and establishing this culture in our new market. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Screening, Interviewing, Hiring, and On-boarding a variety of team members for our location • Processing payroll and scheduling team members to ensure coverage during standard operating hours and off-site events • Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, and WOM event arrangement) • Organizing in and out of store events

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of equivalent experience • 1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience • Positive attitude • Ability to lead and develop an effective team • Ability to do external relationship building • Attentive Listening and Direct Communication skills • Exceptional organization skills
