SUMMARY
The entry level Sales Specialist position is within our Sales Enablement team and closely aligned with our Account Management and Acquisition teams. The Sales Specialist will assist the Account Management and Acquisition team members in pre and post sales functions when requested. Responsibilities include but are not limited to gathering systems data and providing in a report format, assist in locating client agreements and other documents, updating various systems as needed, and fielding general questions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Helps route requests when necessary from Account Management and the Acquisition teams to appropriate internal teams (Store closures, quote and design requests, billing changes, re-contracts, etc)
Client research and ad-hoc reporting
Create and update customer CDR (Client Data Repository) articles in Oracle EBS
Obtain approvals from internal department or affiliates on behalf of the AMs for (Deposit waivers, cross territorial approvals, billing credits, rush installations)
Track status of product demos and pilots
Help provide simple, scalable process solutions to day-to-day problems
Focus on continuous process solutions and feeds to business process improvement teams
Work with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure adoption of sales tools
Run reports on sales cloud opportunities and provide to management
Help facilitate process gaps
Sales revenue tracking
Assists in and provides training to new Sales Specialist team members
Coordinates and completes special projects and assignments when needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Excel, Word and Outlook proficient; working knowledge and usage of Oracle and Oracle Sales Cloud is a plus
Excellent listening, verbalization, and writing skills
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Rapidly responds to inbound (internal and external) communication
Demonstrate follow through skills on internal and external requests
Mood Media business knowledge, understanding and/or working experience preferred
