Ixom Watercare is looking to hire a professionally minded, talented and proactive individual in a Sales Service Plan Manager who will add value to existing customer relationships through review current offerings and expansion of Ixom Watercare service plans and other add-on services or products that deliver recurring revenue streams. This person will partner with Regional Managers and Commercial Service teams to develop/implement a comprehensive expansion strategy designed to increase sales while meeting customers’ needs.

This role can be based either at our Dickinson, ND or Centennial, CO location.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Service Strategy to drive growth in recurring revenue for Ixom’s Watercare business in North America and globally
  • Create / promote standard and customized services and products that are beneficial to our customers
  • Focus on service contract renewals, upgrades and conversions
  • Partner with sales team to tap into their existing relationships with customers to identify target accounts and strategize on how best to increase sales and offerings
  • Personalize product related documents, proposals, and format presentations as needed
  • Research market trends and share competitor intelligence with the sales and marketing teams to gain and maintain a competitive advantage
  • Negotiate contracts, and collaborate with support team to map revenue
  • Maintain records, and monthly reports with sales pipeline data, ensuring the accuracy of the reports
  • Work collaboratively across the company and share best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in selling to commercial customers and/or municipalities-government entities
  • Track record of hitting renewal targets, driving incremental value, and retaining long-term customers
  • Track record of strategic and creative thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant years of work experience in place of a degree
  • Experience selling non-tangible goods such as service plans is beneficial

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with negotiation experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple items with attention to detail.
  • Experienced using computers, video calls, Excel along with other programs in the Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using SAP a plus.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
