The FACC Texas is recruiting a Sales Representative (Fare Collection Systems) on behalf of its member (FAMOCO).
Your role :
You will be part of our "Public Transport/Urban mobility" commercial division and your challenge will be to develop our transit fare collection systems within the U.S. territory. You will act as a FAMOCO representative and pitch Famoco's value proposition to strategic accounts and partners.
Your missions as a Sales Representative:
- Manage and retain a portfolio of Key Accounts for which you define, support the commercial strategy and negotiate complex offers
- Guarantee a good standing customer relationships
- Coordinate and process all the responses to any Request For Proposals in a timely manner
- Identify new customer needs and develop adequate business opportunities and manage negotiation
- Monitor US public transport/urban mobility market trends and be aware of emerging public markets in which Famoco could bid.
- Report your activities to the Head of Sales (based in France)
- Work closely with the various internal teams
- Be a force of proposal in the creation of value and animate a constant watch on your sector of activity
Candidate profile:
- A first successful experience in sales of at least 4 years in the field of public transportation and transit ticketing & fare collection technology
- Strong understanding of bid management and processing RFPs.
- Excellent business development and sales techniques
- Master's degree in Business and strong acumen for new technology
- Team Player
- Ambitious and ultra-dynamic with an entrepreneur mindset
- Autonomous, organized, and resilient
- Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, with exceptional listening skills
- Passionate about new technology and curious to learn more every day
- French speaker is a plus
