PDQ Workholding
Responsibility: Maintain current customer base and continually search for and gain new business to establish growth and stability for the company. Maintain confidentiality of products, processes, customers and other information as deemed necessary as defined by the CEO.
Job Duties
- Define/Devise the product sales and marketing plan for the company
- Visit current customers frequently to maintain professional business relationships
- Deliver parts when necessary
- Knowledge of cutting tools
- Travel as required to both customers and suppliers
- Assist other employees as required
- Provide technical support to the shop floor
Qualifications
- Understand tool and die and machining principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints
- Knowledge in electrical and hydraulic schematics
Special Circumstances
- Must be available to work flexible hours and on-call hours as required
- Must be able to work independently as well as interact skillfully with customers, employees, and suppliers
