A subsidiary of Global Trading company; manufacturer/distributor of Paper and Paper products is seeking a SALES Representative (new business sector - Industrial Strapping Machine)
Job Description
- New Business Development - Visit customers, suppliers to promote and maintain business opportunities
- Work with CEO/CFO/Vice President to study and establish credit lines with customers
- Work with the company's overseas offices for business development on export and import
- Establish new supply source for export and domestic business, and find new domestic customers
- Intervene when collection issues arise with customers
- Support overseas offices with market/product information
- Manage inquiries and claims with customers and suppliers
- Enter orders and follow up production with mills
- Submit monthly sales report and travel report to CEO and Vice President
- Conduct other assigned duties when required
Requirements:
- Corporate Sales Experience in paper manufacturing, logistics, and/or warehousing industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Business travel about 20%
