Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential customers in need of roofing services, including residential and commercial property owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and features of our roofing products.
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotes and proposals, ensuring a clear understanding of pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, meeting or exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new roofing technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
