The company providing the leading-edge packaging films and machinery is looking for a Sales Marketing Account Representative in Elk Grove, IL.
Title: Sales Marketing Account Representative
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
WFH: Remote work up to 2 days/week
salary: $50-60k (DOE)+ Bonus / Commission（Around 10K-30K/year)
Travel: Up to 20-30% (US/Canada/Mexico)
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
Performs account management functions to achieve sales quotas and account objectives and develops and executes account retention strategies of the company while performing marketing and new business development activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Prospect for new potentials and build a strong relationship with customers- Bring customers to machine demo room to present products and services and drive new sales
- Drive and grow film sales as it is the company priority
- Provide total solutions to customers by working closely with internal and external team members
- Build, manage and drive project schedules with customers
- Visit customers/prospective customers and facilitate the on-going projects
- Provide quotations of film, Dangan machines, parts and specifications with a timely manner
- Monitor AR and collect after invoicing when necessary
- Monitor orders, prices, shipments and other related transaction.
- Expand and develop new business by actively seeking new projects
- Analyze industry trends, identifying upcoming business opportunities, making recommendations to customers and management for ways to increase sales
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Make report ASAP when you see or visit customers. Then post at Kintone to share with all.
- Analyze, inspect, and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
- Evaluate and resolve problems for the customer
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to travel on business trips within the US, Canada, Mexico, and Japan
