We are currently seeking a Roofing and Solar Sales Manager to join the Hammer Roofing Team. You will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and growing your sales potential as well as other sales team members to drive company growth.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: 2 Years Preferred
• Roofing Experience: 2 Years Preferred
• Drivers License, reliable transportation that has ability to carry a ladder - Required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong Leadership Qualities
• Comfortable canvassing door-to-door and doing in-home sales.
• Ability to build rapport with clients through face to face meetings, emails, cold calls, social media, etc. while promoting the Hammer Roofing brand.
• Seek new prospects and develop new accounts.
• Promote and assist in selling product lines and services offered by Hammer Roofing with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• High level of time management and time planning to utilize your availability to promote, canvas, and manage projects efficiently.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven, dedicated and strong competitive nature.
• Ability to perform rooftops and property inspections, locate and run crews, manage job progression, and finalize closeout of project on site.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and canvas daily to create sales appointments.
• Perform residential roof inspections to find and identify potential damage.
• Support homeowners through the insurance claim process.
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
• Continue to deliver on our core values of integrity, accoutability, being proactive, educating and professionalism.
• Close the sale, order materials, schedule subcontractors, and manage job production and finalize closing the production with the homeowner.
• You will be repsonsible for overseeing and developing additional sales members to drive company growth.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
