Job SummaryThe Immigration Law Sales Engineer
Position will be responsible for selling complex technical products and/or services to law firms with an emphasis on those practicing immigration law. It is a must that you have the ability to gain extensive knowledge of the product and the process of what makes it work. You will work closely with the engineers here at Filevine to assess needs and determine the systems requirements of immigration law firms. Overall, we are seeking an extremely driven and confident individual with robust experience in the documents and workflows associated with immigration law.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Filevine and ancillary products to customers seeking case management solutions, particularly in the immigration law vertical.
  • Demonstrate ability to earn business by conveying the value props of Filevine to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver demonstrative presentations showcasing the value of our products and/or services to potential customers
  • Interact with customers and engineers to assess product needs and to determine system requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Help customers solve their problems with installed software.
  • Recommend improved options to customers, showing how changes made to the current processes will lower costs and increase production.
  • Help in researching and developing new products.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience at an immigration law firm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required for both building a relationship with clients and effectively communicating with others on the sales team.
  • Problem-solving skills so you can listen to the customer's desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions that will further their practice.
  • Confident and persuasive in making sales presentations
