We are seeking ambitious, focused go-getters to join our Sales Team.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for organizing in-home and online quotes; and selling services via phone & video calls. The sales consultant is supplied with a combination of outsourced leads, organic leads, marketing tools and referrals.

Job Description:

· The position involves a daily heavy call volume.

· Reaching out and answering incoming calls of potential clients

· Providing estimates via telephone, email, and Video Cam

· Answering callers who are looking receive an instant quote or making an inquiry about services.

· Prepare accurate and complete service estimates and quotes over the phone & video cam in accordance with company & industry standards and pricing.

· Ensures that all customer information is entered and collected accurately and thoroughly.

· Maintains relationships with customers to create opportunities for future and sustainable business.

· Achieve weekly performance standards by reaching and exceeding weekly goals.

· Professionally and thoroughly communicates all customer expectations to the operations team as appropriate.

· Performs follow-ups on pending estimates and maintains information with the company’s proprietary software/operations management system

· Commission amounts are based on individual sales

Requirements:

· Two-year minimum experience in sales is required. Phone Sales a Plus +

· Basic computer skills

· Must possess strong communication skills with enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful customer service drive.

· Must be able to work well with others

· Strong work ethic, desire to be successful and close deals.

· Bilingual preferrable not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time Sales Consultant

Pay: Base Salary + High Commission (Giving you the ability to more than $100K Annually)

Paid Training: Yes

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Supplemental pay types:

· Bonus pay
