Responsibilities include: • Builds rapport with existing and potential customer base to encourage customers to use Barri products and loan services. • Advises customers about rates & loan product options, while gathering key information to find solutions for BFG customers. • Solicits new or current customers via inbound and outbound calling and marketing drives.

  • Maintains customer contact reports. • Monitors loan repayment process. • Works with highly confidential information such as customer financial records. • Maintains current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standards for lending and record keeping.
  • Performs collection activities as needed. • Among others. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s) and/or Competencies: • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at specific times. • Ability to solve problems and the ability to work within the company to offer support and solutions to our clients.
  • An entrepreneur, with excellent time management and organization. • Good use of PC and knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Professional communication both verbal and written. • Ability to work well independently in a team environment.
Ability to work at all levels within an organization • A professional verbal and written communication. • Ability to work under pressure and delivery of requirements on specific dates Required and Preferred Experience and Education Requirements • Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred) • High School Diploma or GED • Schedule flexibility • Ease of speech (Soft Skills)
