Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customers requests.
Give accurate and current information about the product.
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork.
Apply the above standards to all phone inquiries.
Check daily stock and ensure all product is available for the customers.
Maintain all merchandise in a neat and sized order as outlined in the Visual Standards Binder.
Maintain brand image by adhering to the dress code as outlined in the Policy & Procedures Binder.
