Compliance Administrator Safety Department, $16.00 - $19.00 hr
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am- 5:30pm

Reporting to the Director of Safety – EHS Compliance, the incumbent will be responsible for intake and auditing of work-related injuries/illnesses to ensure compliance with OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting requirements; process training records; and oversee the company’s CPR/First Aid/AED compliance among other assigned clerical duties. In addition, the incumbent will have general shared responsibilities within the department. This includes, but is not limited to the intake of events such as roadside citations/inspections, vehicular accidents and call-in-complaints from the motoring public.
Job Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems, required. Advanced level Excel user preferred.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, required
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a confidential capacity, required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance in the last 12 months.
- No corrective action on file in the last 12 months.
- Knowledgeable of OSHA recordkeeping requirements, required
