Patient : 21 year old senior who attends Arch Bishop Damiano School in Camden Needs a nurse to finsih his last year in school!!!!
Care: Patient is ambulatory and verbal, legally blind with a seizure disorder.
Please note: Nurses are to monitor , assess and provide nursing interventions if needed. Nurses do not provide academic or behavorial suppports, so no homework and no principal office, the school staff provides the academic and behavioral supports.
Hours: Monday- Friday 7:40am- 3:40pm
