Bethany Medical, a Multi-Specialty physician practice located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro and Mt Airy, North Carolina, is seeking a Full Time Revenue Cycle Manager. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of approximately 25 billing staff members while developing and implementing strategies to support a growing multi-specialty practice with over 65 medical providers and over 550 staff members. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and motivated manager with proven success managing a medical billing department.

· Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, a strong attention to detail, and a high work ethic.

· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

· Regular communication and reporting to BMC executive team.

· Experience with Allscripts EMR PM strongly preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

· At least 5+ years of Health Care Management experience.

· Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar is Required.

· Master’s Degree Preferred

· Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, motivate, and maintain effective teams.

· Experience with Allscripts EMR PM.

· Fluency in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Experience managing a medical billing team is a must.
