Goat Global is an Exclusive Cannabis retail dispensary located in South LA/ DTLA area. We are searching to add exciting new members to our team. Our goal is to maintain our high standard of Patient / Customer relationship and add value to our team.
Our open postion is for a Budtender/ Receptionist at our DTLA location. We seek for welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, motivated individuals.
Our ideal Candidate:
-Team player who works together to create effective solutions.
-Must prove cannabis industry knowledge during interview.
- Routinely learns about new products, trends, popluar items, strains, etc.
-Weekend and/or Night Time availability is a must.
-Presentable AND professional
-Highly organized
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases
-Consistent work ethic
-Consistent Puncutality, Attendance and Performance
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilites:
-Ability to advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions.
- Clean and organize sales floor every day.
- Operating and manging register- ensuring accuracy in sales orders and money handling
-Position requires work at a stationary terminal and for long periods of time
-Use our POS system for instore, delivery, and curbside pick op orders.
-Follow-up and complete all tasks assigned
-Restocking and organizing sales floor
*Required education and experience Must be 21+ years of age with valid government issued ID 2-3 years sales experience HIGHLY PREFERRED*
*Weekend and/or Night Time availability is a must*
