Repair Masters is currently looking for an senior Project Manager to join our family. The right candidate will manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, in accordance with company policies and procedures, while at all times displaying professional attributes that enhance the image of the company with clients, tenants, owners, designers, and contractors. This job position will be challenging and require a lot of time and dedication.

For the project manager job position, we are looking for a required minimum of 5 years of project management with 2 years of mitigation and restoration.

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, organized, energetic, self motivated, and committed to success.

Some daily tasks would include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing the scheduling of the sub-contractors,
• Overseeing the work being performed on job sites,
• Work with utility and city agencies as required
• Working with insurance companies, owners, and property managers
• writing any change orders needed for jobs to keep running.
• Ensure all costs for assigned jobs are within budget.
• Recorded and coded correctly to proper budget line items.
• Run/manage the job per the timeline agreed upon. Manage the team to the agreed-upon timeline.
• High level of communication is required with office staff
• Assist in the administration of sub-contractor contracts/waivers (signed).
• Identify and order necessary materials through the office manager.
• Review plans and specs and be the point of contact for all questions regarding them.
• Coordinate and manage subs for project updating progress reports and daily logs.
• Daily problem solving on the sites.
• Communicate with accounting to provide invoices and project clarifications as requested.
• Identify new subs/Suppliers as needed & develop a lasting relationship with trust
• Ensure On-site safety.
• Ensure Project Binder is correct and complete.
• Approve project checklists and punch lists (before approving payments).
• Manage all aspects of all jobs utilizing your management team from start to finish.
• Ensure that all subcontractors have appropriate licenses and insurance

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $70,000-$88,000
• Paid Time Off

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ten plus years of construction experience, 2 years of project management and estimating experience, with the majority of that time spent on new construction
• Must have valid and CLEAN driver's license
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form.
• Proficient with Gmail Suite
• Proficient with Xactimate
• Must have self-organization skills, as well as great problem-solving skills.
• Forward-thinking, resourceful, and innovative at finding the best ways to ensure the company’s long-term success and growth.
• Ability to operate a vehicle, ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, and be prepared for long days as the schedule permits.
• Must have managed fire or water damage claims
• Positive and professional, with a can-do attitude
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task, work independently as part of a larger team, and motivate subordinates

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
