We are seeking Team Members for our location in Lomita, CA.

What is the Team Member day-to-day shift looks like?

• Consistently provide quality meals and excellent customer service experience
• Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
• Contributes to the restaurant’s success by accomplishing the expected work during each shift; consistently produces quality work
• Support the goals, decisions, and directives of the Restaurant Management Team; performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management
• Follows all company guidelines for food safety and cash controls
• Follows all cost control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; effectively use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Follows all company health and food safety standards
• Follows restaurant policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety and security
• Maintains a clean and organized restaurant environment

• Support the goals, decisions, and directives of the Restaurant Management Team
• Maintains a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
• Develops positive working relationships will all restaurant employees and work as a part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
• Keeps immediate supervisor informed of anything which might affect the customers, other employees, and overall restaurant operations

We’d love to hear from people with:

• 1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or training
• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
• Ability to work with others as a team
• Ability to comfortably interact with all customers
• Minimum 16 years of age
