The Den Smokehouse & Brewery Kerman, CA 93630
We are looking for a hardworking individual that can provide friendly service to our customers, wash dishes, clean tables and prep.
All of these jobs can be done by one person on slow days, but on busy days we will have multiple people caring for various jobs.
Not going to lie, the restaurant business is not easy. If you do not thrive in a fast paced environment or do not like to work, please do not apply. However, if you can provide a good customer experience, tips will flow in. If you can work smart, the job can be a lot easier.
We do provide meals for our employees. The fun comes from meeting new people and providing a service that makes them happy. We have flexible schedules and customer tip on good service. Generally a good atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Help customers select food/beverages
- Take orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with the cook and dishwasher if present
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Clean dishes
- Sweep / Mop Floors
- Cleaning Bathroom
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
