Has a proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager of a full-service restauraResponsibilities
Can hire, train, and develop new hourly team members
Optimizes profits by building sales and assisting with the control labor, and beverage costs
Provides leadership and direction to all team members coaching in real time
Willing to assist with the HR functions for the FOH employees, including hiring, performance reviews, terminations, etc
Will ensure that the FOH lives the WRG Culture and Core Values on every shift
Job description
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
- Successful completion of corporate training program required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,136.98 - $65,000.00 per year
