Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with our operational needs. This individual will be responsible for assisting in directing a team and executing the necessary tasks required to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned.
- Build sales and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop great customer relationships and satisfactory resolve complaints.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Train new and current employees on great customer service and safety practices.
- Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guest.
- Monitor weekly budget.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring applicants.
- Participate in employee performance reviews and disciplinary process.
- Schedule and Coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing programs, etc.
- Email and phone correspondence.
- Administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Multi-task and time management.
- Strong attention to details.
- Able to motivate staff in all operational areas.
- Must have at least 2 Years of Fast Casual Restaurant Management Experience - Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
- Great listening skills and able to take directions from individuals in higher level positions.
- Outgoing and great communication skills for working with a diverse staff, customers and vendors.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Alcohol certification/License and Food Handlers Certificate.
