About the Position

We are looking for a passionate individual to assist our management team. As a manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the floor, ensuring restaurant standards are being met, and ensuring our guests receive the best possible experience. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and the Maître D.

Job Description

  • Expected to develop an extensive knowledge of all menus
  • Expected to develop an extensive knowledge of Montaluce & its experiences
  • Expected to develop an extensive knowledge of and enforce Montaluce's policies and standards
  • Responsible for overseeing the dining room and tasting room
  • Responsible for interacting with guests and ensuring their needs are being met
  • Responsible for ensuring guests are satisfied throughout their visit
  • Can promptly handle guests' complaints in a professional manner
  • Can maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Montaluce
  • Responsible for ensuring the dining room is kept in pristine condition at all times
  • Responsible for opening, maintaining, and closing the restaurant properly
  • Responsible for communicating with the Restaurant Manager and Maître D and relaying any pertinent information

Requirements

  • Attention to detail - must be able to notice and attend to the minute details that make up the guest experience
  • Communication - must be able to properly communicate with coworkers and guests alike
  • Teamwork - must be able to work well with others to achieve a common goal
  • Troubleshooting - must be able to actively solve problems as needed
  • Leadership - must be able to inspire and lead others to do their best while also ensuring policies and standards are being upheld
  • Experience - must have at least one year of leadership experience in a fine dining setting

Pay: $35,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

Advancement: Will be able to advance to further management roles in the company as opportunities arise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
