Restaurant Bar Assistant Manager
Mack II, Inc. has had a presence in Hartsfield-Jackson since 1996. We currently have Phillips Seafood, and Atlanta Bread and Bar.

Idea candidate must be able to pass a 10-year FBI background check.
Daily Duties
· Drive daily sales & profit.
· Respond to complaints.
· Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
· Take the appropriate actions to turn all dissatisfied guests into return guests.
· Manage shifts which include.
Daily decision making
· Scheduling
· Planning while upholding standards
· Product quality
· Control food and beverage costs
· Stand for prolong periods of time.
· Bar experience is required.
Experience Preferred/Required:
· Five plus years of Restaurant "BAR" Management experience.
· HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Has strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions.
· Must have strong menu knowledge.
· Performs a variety of tasks.
· A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
· Passion for the business and compassion for people.
· Outstanding leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate team members.
· Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
· Typically works under general supervision and reports to the GM.
Must be available to work 50 hours a week.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
